Rocklin is.....

One of Placer County's premier cities and locations. Our office is located in Rocklin and we manage many single family homes in this beautiful city.

Rocklin starts just south of Lincoln and east of Highway 65, then stretches southward past Interstate 80 toward Roseville. To the east it borders Loomis. Rocklin's population is currently about 57,000 - larger than Lincoln, but smaller than Roseville.

Rocklin schools are among the areas finest: eleven elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools - Rocklin High and Whitney High. Rocklin is the home of two colleges - Sierra College and William Jessup University, a private Christian university.

Its topography is hilly and beautiful. The Whitney Oaks Golf Course is located in Rocklin and is surrounded by beautiful high-end homes. Watch out for the deer grazing on the golf course in the evening!

Many of Rocklin's homes are located on hills with sunset views of the Sacramento Valley.

Shopping centers are plentiful and access to major freeways is excellent and it's just a short drive to the financial center of the region - Douglas Blvd. in Roseville.

The historic center of Rocklin runs along Pacific St. and Rocklin Rd.
