Debbie Loffman: Broker/Owner/Regional Property Manager
In 1987 Debbie was the first person to own and operate a tenant screening company in Northern California. As founder of Landlord Protection Service, Debbie has screened
over 70,000 tenants in the past 20 years and considers herself an expert in this area.
After selling Landlord Protection Service in 1997, Debbie went into real estate and property management.
She is dedicated to making sure her clients investments receive proper attention and that quality tenants are placed in each rental.
Debbie and her husband Tom attend Bayside Church in Granite Bay.

Tom Loffman: Realtor/Co-Owner
Tom has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and joined his wife Debbie in forming Loffman Properties.
His extensive technical and computer skills give our company a competitive edge. He is our web site designer, maintains our computers, and makes sure our
rental ads are the absolute best in the industry.
Prior to his real estate career, Tom worked as a TV Meteorologist for almost 30 years. Locally he was seen on three stations: Channel 3 (KCRA), Channel 13 (KOVR), and Channel 31 (CW31).
He has published three weather books and taught meteorology at Sacramento State University. Tom graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Climatology. His area of specialty was Climate Change.
Tom is committed to providing the same level of service and excellence to
real estate and property management clients that he provided in weather forecasting.
He has finished 9 marathons and is a faithful Sacramento Kings fan.

Ali Browning: Accounting/Bookkeeping
Ali keeps Loffman Property Management organized. She helps us maintain our financial records and is an expert at running our property management software.

Charity Beltran: Maintenance Request Coordinator
Charity Beltran is the newest member of our team!
She has been in the service industry for more than 20 years and is known for her attention to detail and careful consideration of the needs of her clients.
She will be working in the office to help facilitate the timely handling of maintenance requests and/or answer any other questions or concerns our clients
