Debbie Loffman: Broker/Owner

Debbie is a full time licensed real estate Broker specializing in Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado and Yolo counties and has been a top producer every year since 1998. In 1987, Debbie was the first person to own and operate a tenant screening company in Northern California. As founder of Landlord Protection Service, Debbie has screened over 70,000 tenants in the past 20 years and considers herself an expert in this area. This tenant screening experience has proven to be of great value to her property management clients.

Debbie has two grown children. Her son served four years in the Navy, is finishing his degree in government and is in the Air Force ROTC. Her daughter is a licensed real estate agent and works as Loffman Property Management’s main Leasing Agent.

Tom Loffman: Realtor/Owner

Tom has been called Sacramento’s most experienced and accurate TV Meteorologist. He presented the weather on the air in Sacramento for 28 years – longer than anyone else in Sacramento television history. He worked for three local stations: Channel 3 (KCRA), Channel 13 (KOVR), and Channel 31 (CW31). He has published three weather books. His latest, “The Traveler’s Weather Guide” is the most popular travel weather guide book in the world. Tom was born in Santa Monica and graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Climatology. His area of specialty was Climate Change.

With the encouragement of his wife, Debbie, Tom became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 and joined her in forming, Loffman Realty and Property Management. His extensive technical and computer skills give our company a competitive edge. Tom is committed to providing the same level of service and excellence to real estate clients that he provided in weather forecasting.

Tom has finished 9 marathons and is a faithful Sacramento Kings fan.

Michelle Tompkins: Realtor/Leasing Agent

Michelle is a licensed realtor and Loffman Property Management’s primary Leasing Agent. She has a lifetime knowledge of the Sacramento area and has lived in 3 counties; Sacramento, El Dorado & Placer. Michelle is dedicated to placing good tenants in all our rentals.
